Cherubinis messer danner en form for overgang mellem Mozart og Verdi, de er sorgfulde, ærbødige og nærmest opera-agtige. Muti er den store moderne mester i denne musik, og dette sæt vil give åbenbaringer til dem, der ikke kender Cherubini, og til dem der allerede gør. Anbefales ubetinget
