Bruckner also wrote a masterful string quintet and a number of religious choral works, such as. "Te Deum" and the equally late, and very dramatic cantata "Helgoland".
Bruckner, who was deeply religious, met in 1861, the musical innovator and founder of the nytyske school, it also religious Liszt, as Bruckner accused of "Your Grace". Liszt and Wagner was advanced with their harmonics of fundamental importance for the development Bruckner. Another similarity was that Bruckner like the first Liszt and Wagner then spent a lot of brass instruments in his music.
